Training for Arizona Constables, Deputy Constables, and Constable Employees is paid for by grant funding from the Constable Ethics Standards & Training Board, for current ACA members in good standing. Funding covers lodging and daily per diem. If you have a guest joining you for meals, there is a flat fee of $200.00 due at the time of registration. Cost is $420.00 plus $200.00 for meals for non-ACA members. Please fill out the registration form and email it to ACA Secretary Melissa Wirthlin at Acasecretarywirthlin@gmail.com, or mail your registration form to Arizona Constables Association 15411 West Waddell Rd. Suite 102, Surprise, AZ 85379. You must make your own reservations at the Prescott Resort and Conference Center. Use the above reservation line and group name. Reservations must be made by July 10, 2026. Please make your room reservations ASAP. If you are unable to make room reservations or have questions, please contact ACA Vice President Suzanne Smith at 928-587-2377.

In order for ACA members to request reimbursement for your room and per diem for your meals YOU MUST provide your hotel bill to our financial desk first thing on Thursday morning. Please write down if you drove your personal vehicle or a county vehicle. The ACA Financial Desk will only be issuing checks on Thursday after 12:00 PM. If you leave the conference early then please provide an address so your check can be mailed.

A firearms target identification and judgment course (MILO) will also be available during the conference.
